Description:
Join us for a total body workout using Circuit Training techniques, which involves a series of exercises performed in rotation with minimal rest. We will combine movies from Pilates, cardio and strength training. We will incorporate exercises to target your core and build endurance.
Bring your own mat and light/medium weights.
COVID-19 safety measures and guidelines must be followed by all participants and will be enforced by MVF staff. All participants must wear facial covering over the nose and mouth unless otherwise specified and maintain 6-foot distance from one another.
