Aerobic Workout Saturdays
This workout starts with a warm-up medley of floor work and standing floor work (hand and ankle weights optional), add a 30-minute fat burning aerobic workout and end with a cool-down session.
Work at your own pace for your desired intensity.
COVID-19 safety measures and guidelines must be followed by all participants and will be enforced by all MVF staff. All participants must wear facial coverings over the nose and mouth unless otherwise specified and maintain 6ft. distance from one another.
