Description: CP Basketball Academy training sessions will be held via Zoom and include ball handling, personal coaching and motivation, and game strategy sessions. All sessions are available off-line in case you miss a session or simply want to replay the workout.

Notes:
This program is designed based on players not having access to a hoop. At a minimum, participants will need a basketball, hard floor surface and enough space to dribble in place. The more space, the better. Note: Submitting a preferred email address at the time of registration is required. To join the live Zoom session, you will receive an email with the link and passcode the day before the program starts. The Zoom link will also be included in your receipt.
