Description: Aimed at people 55 and better, this class will use body weight and other fitness props to strengthen muscles, build power and improve joint mobility and stability. This six-week class is great for both those new to strength training and those looking for a cross training program to enhance their other sports or activities. You will work at the pace and level that is just right for you. Upon registration for this program, participants agree to maintain social distance (6 feet) at all times and adhere to the current Minnesota state face covering mandate. Failure to comply will result in removal from the program.
