Description: Learn how to become a nature detective by using tools to uncover and interpret the clues that animals leave behind. Investigate animal tracks, scat, other markings and materials to better understand animal characteristics, structures, and behaviors. Then decipher the story they tell. Go for a track hunt in the park and make your own track to take home

Notes:

Registration is REQUIRED, there are a limited number of spots available

- Activities and resources will be available throughout the 1-3pm time frame
- This program takes place partially outdoors, please dress for the weather
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

Upon registration for this program, participants agree to:

  • Follow MPRB requirements related to face coverings and physical distancing. Face coverings are required indoors at all MPRB facilities, unless otherwise specified by MPRB as part of athletics protocol. Some youth programs, including childcare and preschool require participants to maintain physical distance.
  • Participants with any signs of illness are to stay home
