Description: Game site is Burroughs's School. Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Youth Basketball is geared towards recreational or beginning levels of play. 8U basketball emphasizes having fun while learning the fundamentals of the sport. Basketball is a great sport to develop physical strength, technique, coordination and agility while meeting new friends. Practices typically begin in November. Check with your local Recreation Center for specific dates and times. Game times are either at 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm or 1pm.
