Description: Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Youth Softball is geared for recreational play. Our organized leagues teach kids the basic flag football skils, instruct them on the rules of flag football and the importance of teamwork. Flag Football is a great sport to develop physical strength, technique, coordination and agility while meeting new friends.

Youth must have been born between 9/1/10 - 9/1/12 to be eligible for this citywide league.

Practices typically begin April.

Check with your local recreation center for specific practice dates and times.

League games will be Sundays and Wednesdays starting April 17

League games will have MPRB certified officials.

An invitational tournament will be offered following regular season play.
