Shake off those winter blues and get inspired by earth's spring renewal. Local produce is just hitting our markets and you know what you want to do - join the dance! We will prepare a multiple course meal using the new spring bounty, dancing with culinary delights from a masterful chef. All supplies included in course price, just bring your appetite and a container for any leftovers. 1 Meeting. INSTRUCTOR: Sabi Atteyih is a world traveler, Madison-based, Mediterranean Chef since 1984, now Culinary Team Member of the Wisconsin Union.
