Description: The National Academy of Athletics indoor volleyball developmental league is great for beginning and intermediate players. Each week players are challenged to do their best while learning passing, serving and setting. During skill development, drills and small sided competitions, our amazing and encouraging staff brings out a positive change in every player. Each week players will participate in station drill work, games and competitions. The first part of each session is focused on skills and drills, while the second half is focused on recreational scrimmages.
