We can accept payment over the phone with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express (credit or debit cards). 3. Send your registration in the mail to 147 Wabash St., Milan MI 48160. 4. Stop by the Milan Parks and Recreation office, located in the City Hall, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
