Description

These eight 45-minutes lessons focus on developing good swimming habits in and around the water. Participants will gradually develop the fundamental skills, coordinate and refine strokes, and build confidence in their abilities. Goggles are welcome.

If you would like to stay and swim after your lesson ends, normal MRC fees and all pool rules apply. Please stop by Guest Services with any questions.
