Escape the city and experience a rarely seen portion of the Catawba River and Mountain Island Lake. Our ACA certified kayak instructors will guide you through important wildlife habitats from the scenic Duck Cove of Cowan's Ford Wildlife Refuge into the protected waters of Stephens Road Nature Preserve. 5.5 miles downriver paddling. All equipment is provided!
Meet at Hwy. 73 river access
