Does your dog have what it takes to be Top Dog of the 2016 Bark in the Park Top Dog Festival presented by Purina® and Harris Teeter? Here's your chance to find out. Entries for the contest will be accepted March 1st-31st, 2016. If you have several dogs, please register each dog individually.
