Description: 

The Strudel and Tart Class
Work with classic pâte brisée, puff pastry and phyllo while making: Asparagus, Mushroom and Brie Strudel; French Onion and Swiss Cheese Strudel; Smoked Trout, Goat Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato Tartlets; Pissaladière; Lemon Curd Tartlets. Instructor: Chef Joel Olson
