Learn to make classic broths–miso, chicken, sweet pork, and savory pork–to be garnished with barbequed chicken, luscious roast pork, and eggs cooked to perfection, as well as delicious fresh noodles, of course! Tahini Ramen Salad; Meatball Ramen with Sticky Orange and Soy Sauce; plus Green Tea Cookies for dessert.
Tuesday: Rice Noodles
Learn a totally different noodle using rice flour as the base ingredient. Then use the prepared noodles to make: Thai Rice Noodles with Chicken and Broccoli; Pork Vegetable Pho;Pad Thai; plus Saigon Cinnamon Ginger Cookies for dessert.
Wednesday: Italian Pasta
Learn three great sauces to be enjoyed with all sorts of hand-formed and machine cut pastas. Agloi e olio; (olive oil, garlic and Parmesan), Alfredo (cream, garlic and cheese) and Marinara (tomato). Then prepare plain egg pasta to make: Cavatelli (small hollow pasta shells); Orecchietti (small ear-shaped pasta); Pappardelle (large broad flat noodles); Quadrucci (little squares); Three Cheese Ravioli; plus Anginetti (Wedding Cookies) for dessert.
Thursday: Indian Noodles
Prepare delicious Indian dishes with homemade chow mein and rice noodles. Pan-Fried Noodles with Paneer; Curry Vegetable Hakka Noodles; Egg Noodles (cooked noodles with eggs and vegetables); Street-style Vegetable Desi Masala Noodles with Indian Spice Mix; plus Indian Cardamom Cookies for dessert.
Friday: International
Learn to work with buckwheat flour while making Japanese yakisoba noodles to use when preparing Yakisoba Pan-
(fried yakisoba in bun); also prepare German Späetzle along with Chicken Schnitzel; and Polish Kopytka (potato
noodle dumplings) with Onion Gravy; Zoodles (zucchini noodles with basil and Parmesan); plus
German Pfeffernuss for dessert.
