Family Fun Pasta Night
What a great way to spend a Friday evening, preparing delicious handmade pasta! Participants will learn the basics of making egg-based pasta dough forms scratch and will then learn how to roll and cut the dough into pappardelle (large broad flat noodles) and Quadrucci (little squares). Participants will first prepare a batch or two of pasta to be cooked and shared by all with these delicious sauces; Agloi e olio (olive oil, garlic and Parmesan) and Alfredo (cream, garlic and cheese). Any pasta made after that may be taken home

6 years and older with parent
1 lesson @ 2-hr., $61/$50 MCC district resident
$45 additional child each maximum two children per adult.
