Chocolate and Orange Tarts (made with Chef Joel’s favorite dough) and served with delicious Chocolate Crème Chantilly; Spinach and Feta Rolls with Oregano and Lemon Butter; Red Onion, Grape Tomato and Parmesan Focaccia; Raspberry Cakes with White Chocolate Glaze Lemon Crinkle Cookies.
