First Strike Soccer Minis Club INDOOR IN PERSON
JST Athletics provides sports instruction to young athletes of all ages and skill levels. JST was founded on the principle that kids learn better when they love what they do, and they love what they do by having fun! Our teaching methods are centered around this principle to provide the perfect balance between fun and learning through our curriculum. Our goal here at JST is to instill a lifelong love of fitness through sports.
Players learn the fundamental techniques of kicking, passing, dribbling, and defense. Develop a love for the world's sport as each class includes confidence-building drills and games incorporating skills learned. Activities include footwork agility, relays, obstacle courses and many more!
