Description

Writing: Fine Tuning
Writers of fiction, nonfiction (including memoir), or poetry are all welcome. Previous writing instruction is strongly recommended. Critiquing the work of others is fine training for critiquing your own work and, of course, having the input of other readers is invaluable. Whatever your genre, others will bring their own experiences and preferences to the table. Each session will deal with critique of work submitted by three attendees (up to 10 pages each). Work will be emailed by the author to each class member and me at least one week prior. There will be brief teaching moments if I see an issue that should be addressed and critique guidance will be provided. Marked-up copies will be given to the authors at the end of the review.
