YMCA Intro to Barbell Lifting

Optimize your health, workout and results! Barbell training is a great way to increase total-body strength, build bone density and muscle, and increase athletic performance. Whether you are looking to push past intimidation or break through plateaus, this class answers the nagging question, “Am I doing this right?” Take the mystery out of barbells and join certified trainer Chris DeNardo for a six-week class that will increase your strength and confidence in the squat, bench press and deadlift. Each class will consist of instructional and practical segments, so you will receive all the hands-on coaching needed to apply it in real time.

Saturdays at 1pm

FREE to members
Non-members $90
Members registering must be able to attend at least 5 of the 6 sessions.

No equipment or experience necessary.
