REFUND POLICY: Customers can receive a full refund, credit on account, or transfer to another class with up to 48 hour notice prior to start time of class. Without 48 hour cancellation notice, no refund will be given.

PROOF OF AFFILIATION: All current students and faculty/staff of San Diego area colleges and universities must show proof of affiliation by providing valid ID upon check-in. You do not need to be affiliated with a San Diego area college or university to be eligible to participate.PARKING: Plan to arrive early for your class to allow time for parking and check-in. Parking at MBAC can be a challenge at times on Santa Clara Point and you may need to park in a nearby parking lot. (Alternate Parking Map)

IF A CLASS DOES NOT MEET MINIMUM ENROLLMENT you will be notified two days prior to the class start date. At that time you will be given the option to get MBAC credit, transfer to another class, or a receive a full refund.

IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR CLASS you will not be eligible for MBAC credit or transfer. NO MAKEUPS or partial credit will be given if you miss a class or show up late.

BE PREPARED FOR VARYING WEATHER CONDITIONS. Layered clothing is recommended, as well as sun protection. Our facility has showers and lockers, please bring your own padlock.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any program or activity due to inclement weather or low enrollment. A service fee will be imposed for all returned checks and could result in refusal of future participation.
