Put the curves back! Linda's classes strengthen the muscles on all sides of the body to return the natural curves to the spine. Putting the spinal curves back allows dynamic freedom of movement and helps prevent pain that comes from losing these curves through daily life and aging. Tone your glutes and walk with a bounce in your step!

Linda Oelschlaeger is an experienced yoga teacher certified in Kriaplu and Anusara yoga and trained in Bowspring yoga. Her classes for all levels are fun, challenging, and transforming. Learn more about Linda's classes at www.matthewsyoga.com.

Starting February 26, the Town of Matthews will be following Mecklenburg County's decision to no longer require masks to be worn indoors. We still ask that if you are not feeling well, please stay home.

Students will need to bring a yoga mat to class.
