Description: 

Our program focuses on class participation, developing active lifestyle practices, making new friends and enjoying new forms of exercise and games/sports.


Beginning September 3rd, weekly classes will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 11am to 12pm at the Crews Recreation Center (1201 Crews Road, Matthews, NC 28105; directly behind the Matthews Police Department).

Class will not be offered on the following dates: 10/10/19, 11/26/19 & 11/27/19.

Price is only $10 per week (no monthly commitment).
