A Taste of the Wild: The Marana Wild Foods Gastronomy Tour will take you to an ancient archaeological site, a foraging walkabout, and exclusive tastings of ancient Sonoran wild foods and beverages creatively reimagined, in an unforgettable afternoon.
Tour with Instructors Carolyn Niethammer, author of numerous Sonoran Desert wild foods cookbooks, and Allen Denoyer, Archaeology Southwest, Preservation Archaeologist.

Meet at Los Morteros Conservation Area at W. Linda Vista Blvd., located a few yards from the corner at N. Silverbell Rd/W. Lambert Ln. Park in the turnout.

Be prepared to drive your car to the next two stops. You will be provided with a tour map upon registering. There will be expert guides at all tour stops.
