Description:
Gymnastics is back in Mammoth Lakes! Join coach Kinsey Aherne for introduction to gymnastics classes Tuesday or Thursday evenings at the Mammoth Lakes Community Center. This structured, beginning level class focuses on basic gymnastics skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands and bridges, as well as other gross and fine motor skills. Students will begin to see an improvement in their coordination, agility, balance, strength and flexibility. In addition to gymnastics skills, students learn to follow instructions, take turns and cooperate with others.
Who: 2nd - 5th Grade
Where: Mammoth Lakes Community Center
When: Thursdays 6:30-8:00 PM (November 7, 2019 - December 19, 2019, no class on Thanksgiving)
