CSS Competitive Specific Swim Clinics
Build a healthy lifestyle this summer with the Madison Area YMCA's Mariners instructional stroke clinic!
Whether you're looking to improve your swimming skills, are a current Mariner Swim Team member, or interested in trying out for the team, this program is for you! Swimmers will focus on building endurance and refining technique in all four competitive strokes. Each week highlights different techniques - sign up for one or join them all!
Requirements:
Participants must be able to swim at least 25 yards of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly (not necessarily consecutively).
Schedule:
Clinics run Monday through Thursday
