Level 2
The Level 2 class is appropriate for swimmers who are comfortable holding their breath under the water and doing ten relaxed bobs with air exchange. Swimmers will be taught to front float and recover, front glide, and recover, back float and recover, and back glide and recover. Additionally, students will learn to jump in the water, rollover, and float as a safety-skill.
ADVANCE TO LEVEL 3: Participants should be able to demonstrate the following without assistance: Rolling over from a front float to a back float and holding it for at least five seconds, rolling over from a back glide to a front glide and hold for three-five seconds, and at least one streamline either front or back for ten-fifteen feet. **Only with instructor approval**
Please do NOT register the participant for the next level UNTIL the participant has passed the previous level of lessons.
