Refunds will be assessed a 6% processing fee to cover ActiveNet charges. If the refund is credited to a patron’s account, the processing fee will be waived.

A 100% refund will be issued if a patron is withdrawn from an activity at least 10 business days prior to the date registration closes.

A 50% refund will be issued if a patron is withdrawn from an activity at least 5 business days prior to the date registration closes.

No refund will be issued if a patron is withdrawn from an activity after registration closes.

Activity fees will not be refunded or pro-rated for patrons who miss a portion of an activity or program.
