This 9week training program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K in 9weeks. This program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. Along the way, we'll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runss or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear and avoiding injury.
Meet at Pearson Springs Park Pavilion Classes will be held rain or shine unless you hear from the instructor by email. Dress for weather. Children ages 10 - 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Bring a water bottle. As always, please consult with your physician before starting any exercise program. No class on July 4.
