Description

Are you looking for a fun, unique, and deeply impactful approach to mindfulness and meditation? In this course, we practice the life art of mindfulness--being present and fully inhabiting our bodies--through an accessible and artful blend of ancient and modern approaches, including guided breathwork, gentle stretches, contemplative stillness, poetry, and mindful body-led movement set to a unique, eclectic playlist. Detox from daily distractions, experience healing, rest, and more aliveness, and witness the transformations within you as well as in your interpersonal relationships.

REFUND POLICY

Participants should contact LA County Parks office to request their refund. For faster processing, consider saving your credit card information to your Active Net account.

•Full Refund: For weekly classes, a full refund will be given when notice is received at least five working days prior to the first scheduled class.

•Prorated Refund: Requests received by the Department within two days after the first scheduled class will be refunded for the remaining classes.

•No Refund Exceptions: No refunds will be issued more than 2 days after the first scheduled class.

•Full Refund Workshops: For 1- to 3-day workshops, a full refund will be given when notice is received by at least five working days prior to the start date of the first workshop.

•No Refund Workshops: For 1- to 3-day workshops, no refunds will be issued if not requested five working days prior to the start date of the first workshop.
