SCV Water Polo Club Thursday Level 3

This class is for experienced teen water polo players who have played in at least one full water polo league season or who are experienced competitive swimmers. A minimum of two days per week are required to participate at this level. Mondays are conditioning and ball handling skills days and Thursdays and Fridays focus on skills, team strategy and scrimmages.
