Come "bathe" in nature at Stoneview Nature Center! Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku which translates to "bathing in the forest atmosphere", your guide, Deborah Ackrich, will invite you to interact with nature to engage your senses. Distinctly different from educational and recreational activities, this one and a half hour slow-paced, gentle walk around the garden paths can elicit a calming and grounding response.
Connect with nature, yourself, and the present moment in this playful, healing practice.
