Description: Come have fun, get moving, and feel healthier, as we grove to the sounds of upbeat Caribbean music with a mix of Pop and R&B. This class includes various African and Latin dance techniques, as we will alternate slow and fast dance rhythms all while improving your cardio-vascular health. The slogan of this class is to "Have Fun, Be You, and Be Free" No matter your dance level, race, age, gender, background or experience, you will fall in love with Afro-Zumba.
