Description
This adult lesson provides all the fundamentals of our regular Learn to Swim classes, but for older participants. Participants will learn a wide range of skills; from learning the basics of swimming, floating, and gliding, to more advanced strokes and techniques, all dependent on the initial skill level of the participants. There is no prerequisite for this class.
