Description: Leave the busy school day behind and join Mrs McLean after the final bell to declutter your mind and breathe with ease at her Mindful Movers club.The club teaches coping mechanisms such as mindful hands-on tools, mindful meditation, calming breathing techniques, and targeted body movements to counteract days spent sitting at a school desk. "Center your mind and move your body." Please bring a yoga mat to class. Mrs. McLean is a certified yoga and youth yoga teacher who has also completed a mindfulness training. Please Note: A $10 Materials Fee is required, payable to the instructor on the first day of the course.
