Answers to FAQs For Online Registration Customers
- Q: How do I request a Customer ID and password for an online registration account?
- A: Before registering for activities, you must establish an online registration account and receive your Customer ID and Password. This is how you create an online registration account:
1) Click on the "My Account" button. 2) Fill out the form for New Account Request completely, including birthdate and click submit. Please submit your request only once.An Important Note About Registering Children: Use your own information when filling out the online registration account request form, NOT the information of the child you wish to register for an activity. Once you have an online registration account, you will have the opportunity to add family members. 3) Choose your username and password. 4) Be sure to check your email to activate your account before your first registration!
- Q: I registered at the Parks & Recreation office, but don't remember my user name or password. What do I do, now?
- A: Two solutions to this very common situation:
1.)Enter your email address and click "forgot password". Answer the test question and a new password will be emailed to you. 2.) Call (413)565-4160. We can help you out with your user name and password.
- Q: How do I purchase pool passes online?
- A: Pool passes are listed differently than our other activities, under "membership". Follow that link at the top of your screen to the page that offers both individual and household pool passes. If this is your first time purchasing an LPRD pool pass, you will need to come into our office for a photograph to be taken for your pass.
- Q: How do I register my child for basketball, baseball, softball, soccer and football?
- A: All Sponsored Sports Associations have their own, independent registration process. At this time, online registration is not available for any of them, but most registrations can be done in the LPRD office, after each league's registration periods have passed. Check the newspaper and the LPRD website for registration dates.
