Description
Your preschooler is an energetic dynamo, always on the move and curious about everything. You want to encourage them to be active, but many of the programs available are little more than supervised play-time. Our program teaches life skills, such as: - Following instructions - Listening and concentrating - Self-discipline - Physical agility and coordination - Self-defense The Little Warriors Program was created to assist in developing these very life skills in 4- 7 year olds. Your child will begin to show real confidence as they learn and practice the various blocks, punches, and kicks.
