Description:
This gentle yoga class will be held VIRTUALLY via ZOOM.
In this gentle yoga class that will be held Tuesday and Friday's you will learn basic postures for strength and agility. Gentle stretching exercises are included for building flexibility. Breathing and relaxation techniques help improve focus and concentration. This class is recommended and designed for beginners and those who benefit from a slower pace course. More information on your class will be emailed to you by your instructor.
*This will be a VIRTUAL class. If this class does not meet your expectations you may request a refund. All approved refund will incur a 20% administrative fee. All refund requests must be emailed and submitted to Emma Kelley (e.kelley@lomitacity.com) before the 2nd scheduled class meeting.
