Become lean, agile, strong, toned during 40, 30, and 20 second Tabata Boot Camp-style exercise intervals that change your body and give you lasting results. All fitness levels welcome. Bring mat. Optional one time equipment fee of up to $45. Walk-in fee available. *No class 8/4
