Description: Come join Zumba Gold where you can follow along to the beat of Latin and international music with Low-impact exercise. Beginners welcome and treat yourself to some YOU time! Bring water and wear comfortable exercise shoes. Classes will be taught by instructors virtually via ZOOM. Participants will have access to recorded classes for 7 days.
