Cancellations & Refunds, Reservation Changes, Wildlife Policy

Cancellations - The LARPD office MUST receive notice of cancellation no less than 7 days in advance of the first day of you reservation in order to receive a refund. No refunds granted for cancellations received less than 7 days in advance of the first day of your reservation. Receipt/Permit is required. Refunds may take up to 15 days. A $12 per campsite processing fee will be deducted.

Reservation Changes - You must contact the LARPD office prior to the first day of your reservation. Receipt/permit is required. A $12 per campsite processing fee will be charged.

Wildlife - LARPD is NOT responsible for damage caused by bears or other wildlife.
