In order to access your online account you must have a password-protected customer account.
If you have an email on file with the YMCA of Lansing you already have an active online account. However, if you haven't accessed your online account in the new system please click forgot password to receive an email with a temporary password.
If you're a member or program participant who doesn't have an email on file with us please contact your home branch, and someone can assist you in getting your email added, which will activate your online account.
