City Refund Policy:
Refund requests must be made at least 48 (business) hours prior to the first program meeting. No refunds after program has started. A $3 per enrollment handling fee will be applied to all refunds. Allow three weeks for processing refunds.
Due to the high level of enrollment, participants who do not attend the first two days of class will be automatically withdrawn from the program. A credit will be processed and applied to your account. Thank you for your understanding.
