Description: 

Are you interested in trying a new way to exercise? RowFit is a low impact, efficient way to get fit and have fun! Our classes combine a mixture of rowing on our Concept2 rowing machines and calisthenics, with the focus on whole body health.
The workouts will combine a mixture of intervals and rowing technique training to keep it interesting. You can expect a personalized, small class experience that will help you get stronger, increase aerobic endurance, and unlock your flexibility.
Join RowFit by purchasing a monthly punch pass which gives you access to any class time (signup required with 2 hour notification at locrrowfit.punchpass.com/classes).
