Description

Beginner – Rowing

This class takes anyone from ground zero and gives them the skills they need to use a boat safely on the river, how to prepare the boat and equipment for themselves and how to enjoy rowing. Two rowing sessions with flexible days and times offered every weekday will ensure you get the time you need in the boat to build the fundamental skills. This class focuses on setting up equipment and moving equipment on the dock. We have a variety of boats for all people to fit comfortably and feel safe. Learn to become a captain, an athlete, a rower, and a teammate through sculling. After registering, an LOCR instructor will contact you to schedule your weekly lesson.
