Description
Advance - Rowing
The Advance group is for athletes who have mastered the fundamentals and know the drills they use to improve their stroke. This group has fun by pushing themselves to master the single scull. Virtual competitive opportunities available for this group to compete. Work to give each athlete personalized objectives for each month and ask them to reach their goals. If you were a varsity athlete in 2019-20, this is the group for you to start in. 3-4 sessions per week. After registering, an LOCR instructor will contact you to schedule your weekly lesson.
