General Gazebo Rental Information:
- Log into your account or create an account if you do not already have one.
- Parks can only be reserved on Saturdays and Sundays, no more than 90 days in advance and no less than 7 days in advance.
- Alcohol and amplified music are not allowed as part of a Gazebo Rental.
- The City allows the use of bounce houses in conjunction with a gazebo rental and a Bounce House Permit only at Concourse, El Toro, Mountain View, Pittsford, and Rimgate Parks. A Bounce House Permit Application is required, and a Pre-Approved Bounce Vendor must be used.
- To obtain a Bounce House Permit Application and view a list of pre-approved vendors go to: Bounce House Permit Application
- A Bounce House Permit must be submitted at least 30 days in advance to be approved and park users must reserve the gazebo at the desired park.
- Only one reservation per weekend day, per park is available.
- Cost to reserve a gazebo at Concourse, El Toro, Mountain View, Pittsford, Rimgate and Serrano Creek Parks is $50.
- Cost to reserve a gazebo at Baker Ranch and the Lake Forest Sports Park will be $100.
- All reservations are set for 8:00am - 5:00pm and are for parties of 50 or less people..

A "Gazebo Reserved Sign" will be placed in the park gazebo kiosk on either Thursday or Friday of the week prior to your reservation. It is also recommended that you take your receipt and any other paperwork associated with your reservation with you the day of your reservation.
