Description: Open to boys & girls 9 years of age or older that are comfortable in deep water, and able to swim 25 yards (1 length) front crawl. What do you need? Proper swimwear (Girls, one-piece suit & boys, trunk or jammer), water bottle, towel (for dry land and stretching), nose plugs not allowed.
