2) Complete the registration form in the back of THE playbook and fax it to (678) 460-3373. We only accept credit card payments via fax.

3) Send your completed registration form to the City of Kennesaw Parks & Recreation Department, 2753 Watts Drive, Kennesaw, Georgia 30144. We accept check and credit card payments by mail. Do not send cash.

Activity fees are due at time of registration. Checks should be made payable to the "City of Kennesaw." Visa(R), MasterCard(R) and American Express(R) credit cards are accepted. Individuals paying with cash are asked to bring exact change.
Q: When is the registration deadline?
A: Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis until the maximum number of participants is reached, or seven days prior to the first activity date, unless otherwise stated.
Q: Do Kennesaw city residents receive priority registration?
A: Yes. Two (2) weeks advance registration is offered to Kennesaw city residents before registration is open to non-residents.

A: You are a considered a city resident if you live within the incorporated city limits of Kennesaw.

You are considered a non-resident if you live outside the incorporated city limits of Kennesaw. A Kennesaw postal address does not, in itself, determine residency.

Non-resident user fees are $20 per activity, or $15 if the activity is one month or less in duration. Non-resident user fees are not assessed for one-day workshops.

Non-resident participants who are 65 years or older are exempt from
paying non-resident user fees. To receive this exemption, registration must be made in person at the Ben Robertson Community Center.
Proof of age is required at time of registration.

Registration fees are refundable if the City of Kennesaw Parks & Recreation Department cancels an activity. Refunds are issued to the charging credit card or by check from the City of Kennesaw. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for processing.

In lieu of a refund, you may request a credit to your account which may be used by any immediate family member towards registration for another activity offered by the City of Kennesaw Parks & Recreation Department.

The City of Kennesaw Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify programs and activities due to weather conditions, insufficient enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances.
