
Important Update: Refund Policy Changes Effective August 15th
We are updating our refund policy effective August 15. Here’s what you need to know:
- No More Account Credits: Starting August 15th, the option to receive credit on account will be discontinued. If a refund is due, it will be issued directly back to the original credit card used for payment. This applies to all program registrations and membership purchases made on or after August 15th.
- Credit Card Processing Fees: The District will cover the credit card processing fee for any refunds issued for current credits on accounts. After October 15, all refunds will have a processing fee deducted from the refund amount.
- Existing Credits and Gift Cards: On October 15th, all existing credits and gift cards currently in our system will be automatically refunded to the credit card on file. Any credits we are unable to refund to a credit card will be refunded by check to the physical address we have on file.
